If you haven’t had shrimp and grits, Sis you are missing out. Shrimp and Grits is one of my go-to breakfast or brunch choices. It’s quick, easy, filling, and of course tasty. My mom would always make grits for breakfast for my siblings and I growing up; nevertheless, it was inexpensive and a little went a long way which was a huge deal during my childhood. With the recent food inflation, I think that the ‘little goes a long way” in 2022 that is still very relevant.
Cooking is something I find a lot of joy doing. I am totally someone who would rather sit home and watch food network than go out and watch a movie. I would prefer a home cooked meal over eating out. However, I enjoying going out for dinner and trying new or different foods; but nothing compares to a home cooked meal. Give this recipe a try and let me know what you think.
